At Wholistic Human, I believe true wellness begins with a deep understanding of the body's internal architecture. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that fascia isn't just connective tissue — it's a sophisticated communication network that holds our physical history and emotional experiences. This community is built on that same philosophy, combining deep tissue work with Human Garage Certified Fascia Coaching, so you can find structural freedom and lasting alignment — right from home.
Bodywork has been such a huge part of my own healing journey. After healing from 20+ years of autoimmune and chronic body pain, I now love helping others feel better in their bodies too — and this community is where I get to do that every week. At 58, I genuinely feel better than I did in my 40's, and I want that same possibility for you, no matter your age. Together, we'll work on releasing tension, improving mobility, and moving more freely again, through live guided classes designed to be gentle, effective, and empowering. Healing shouldn't feel intimidating — it should feel supportive, and honestly, even fun.
Every class is about coming together to help you get out of pain, reconnect with your body, and keep you doing the things you love — with a community of people on the same journey right alongside you.
I also believe healing comes from all the little things we do to take care of ourselves — being out in nature, eating clean nourishing foods, lowering stress, getting good sleep, moving our bodies, and honestly, whatever helps you feel happy, grounded, and alive. That's what we're building here together, one week at a time.

My journey to this work didn't start in a treatment room — it started on the gymnastics mat. For 13 years as a gymnast, I learned to listen to my body, push its limits, and understand movement in a way that shaped everything I do today.
But my path took a turn when I found myself facing multiple autoimmune conditions, along with years of chronic pain that no one seemed to have real answers for. That experience sent me deep into natural healing, herbology, and Ayurveda — over 20 years of learning how to truly care for the body from the inside out. Along the way, I discovered something that changed everything for me: fascia. I realized so much of my pain, stiffness, and dysfunction was rooted in fascia that had become stuck, restricted, and disconnected — and that releasing it could bring real, lasting relief.
I healed my own body through this work, and that's exactly why I do what I do today. My mission is simple: as we get older, our bodies need help releasing stuck fascia so they can keep supporting us through everything we love to do. I don't want anyone to have to spend years searching for answers the way I did.
This isn't just a job for me — it's deeply personal. Every session, every class, every workshop is rooted in my own healing journey, and my hope that I can help you feel better in your body, move more freely, and keep doing the things that light you up — for years to come.
When I'm not teaching classes or working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family. I homeschooled my two boys, Justin and Ethan, for many years — an experience that taught me just as much about patience, presence, and growth as it did about parenting. Based in Utah, I love being out in nature, staying active, and simply enjoying the freedom of a body that moves well. For me, wellness isn't just something I teach — it's something I try to live every day, in the way I care for my family, my body, and myself.
